Today, I had a chance to speak to a business coach I have networked with and bounced a number of points off him.
I had half worked out a particular meeting prep and how I was going to approach it, but speaking to him almost completely solved my remaining queries.
This was like opening up a portal, shoving my head in for a moment, and coming away with a handful of intense knowledge.
I’m all for self learning, but that can never be the be all and end all. Make sure you’re open to engaging with experts and bringing them in, or asking their opinion when it is needed.
This is a great way to fast track yourself further along the road to fulfilling your aims.
However, it’s important not to always be leaning on experts. It can limit your self development, and also be a far more expensive route to the same conclusion.
